Career Coaching & Mentoring special interest group

The Career Coaching & Mentoring special interest group was established in 2021 in response to a recognised need for a dedicated community for coaches working in the domain of career coaching and mentoring. We are an inclusive community of career coaches and mentors who come together to connect, share best practice, and learn as part of our ongoing commitment to members’ professional development and enrichment.

Who is the group for?

The group serves coaches who are specifically supporting clients with their career aspirations and development. We welcome all career coaches and mentors who work either internally within organisations, or externally in private practice.

Why join the group?

The group hosts at least four events a year online via Zoom with guest speakers and networking opportunities. During regular continuing professional development sessions, we come together to develop our skills, build our network and improve our effectiveness as career coaches and mentors.

Information and meetings

We meet quarterly, for online meetings, with informal peer networking and coaching, and guest speakers.
