The internal coaching special interest group is for those who are passionate about developing others through coaching, who want to continuously enhance their effectiveness as a coach, and who are willing to support their peers through sharing practice and engagement in group discussions.
Who is the group for?
The group is for those who are practising as an internal coach, supporting internal coaches with their development or leading an organisation’s internal coaching provision. Whether you are working internal to an organisation, or you are a member of the HR/L&D community, managing or supporting the provision of coaching to an organisation, you are welcome to this group.
Why join the group?
The group aims to help those involved in internal coaching navigate their role, network with peers from other organisations, share insights and examples of what’s happening in organisations, and provide opportunities to learn new knowledge and skills.
Information and meetings
The group meets online every quarter, with informal or peer networking or coaching, CPD, and guest speakers.

The lead coordinator
Tracy Ellis – Tracy is an experienced OD, L&D and HR professional with a special interest in leadership development and coaching. She currently works at the University of Liverpool as an OD specialist, as well as running her own leadership development consultancy.
