Mentoring Pilot 2016

Welcome to the EMCC UK Mentoring Pilot page. As a coaching and mentoring organisation we are committed to supporting our members and the mentoring project is part of this offer. The mentoring pilot is a project created by Knowledge Exchange and facilitated by Jo Wheatley, Zoe Hawkins, Liz Clothier, Lis Merrick and supported by Jo Gray. It is running for a period of 12 months from June 2016 – June 2017 and will be evaluated throughout. The intention is to continue to build on this offer at the end of the pilot.

Below you will find a table with mentor pictures and profile forms. This is to aid the ‘matching process’. If you are a mentee or mentor who is part of the mentoring project then please take some time to review the pictures and profiles below. Mentees please create a short list of two or three mentors and contact them for an initial conversation. After this you can decide which mentor is the best match for you and let the mentors know. You will then create a mentoring contract with your chosen mentor and begin the mentoring programme.
