Social Responsibility special interest group

We are thrilled to announce the creation of a new special interest group aimed at building a vibrant community of coaches, mentors and supervisors dedicated to volunteering and pro bono work. This exciting initiative reflects our commitment to celebrating and recognising the invaluable contributions made by professionals in our field to society. At its core, this SIG aims to provide a platform for sharing peer-to-peer support, best practice, and stories of impact.

Our primary objective with this group is to establish and acknowledge a space for individuals currently engaged in voluntary or pro bono work, as well as those who aspire to become volunteers in the future. By encouraging the sharing of stories, the collation of best practices and creating a supportive environment, we intend to highlight the significant societal impact made by coaches and mentors while nurturing a diverse and inclusive community of practice.

Our key three areas of focus are:

Collating and celebrating the social Impact our coaches make in society
Encouraging our coaches to get involved in social responsibility projects and pro bono work
Create more awareness around how coaching, as a profession, provides a societal impact
